Why do we have to pay the same price each year?
As an SaaS (Software as a Service) provider, Edit-WebManager remove the complexities and costs of establishing a web site content management system (WCMS). In addition, the issues of upgrading are eliminated as we maintain evolving, up-to-date services and unlimited technical support.
One of the biggest benefits is that you are able to spread the cost of your web site content management system over a number of years against investing in an expensive, one-off solution that will not be kept up-to-date as new technologies appear.
Which payment options are offered?
You subscribe to Edit-WebManager on a yearly basis and can choose to pay monthly or yearly. When you pay yearly you receive 2 MONTHS FREE. Payment can be made by business cheque, BACS or credit card.
How do we pay for additional features not offered by the system?
Our development team offer a bespoke service and will present a cost quotation for additional functionality or features you may require. On acceptance of the development you would pay 50% of the cost with the final 50% cost payment being made on completion.
Can we cancel our subscription at anytime?
YES - If you wish to terminate your contract the Administrative Contact should give us written notice at least 5 days before the renewal date of the contract. If you fail to send us this notice of termination within 5 days of the date your contract is automatically renewed and you shall become liable for the fee for your next billing period in full.
If payment is not made in full within 14 days all technical support will be revoked. If payment is still not made in the following 7 day period your account will be suspended on our systems. If payment is still not made in the following 7 day period, your account will be deleted from our servers and all DNS services will stop. All packages have a minimum term of 12 months. Refunds will not be provided.
