Can we use our existing domain name?
Yes! - We can act on your behalf to assist you with the FREE domain transfer. Basically all we do is request for the Domain Name Server (DNS) record to be changed to point to the Edit-WebManager domain name servers.
Will our web site and e-mail be interrupted when transferring the domain?
No! - Your Edit-WebManager web site can be established before requesting the transfer, allowing you to fine tune your brand new web site before making it live.
Can we just transfer the web site domain and not the e-mail hosting?
Yes! - Your e-mail hosting can be left with your present host if you prefer. We supply you with our Domain Name Server record for your existing supplier to up-date.
Is there a way to have multiple domain names pointing to one web site?
Yes! - Our hosting servers allow domain redirection to one web site.
How long will the domain transfer take?
The transfer can take upto 48 hours, but it usually occurs within 24 hours.
Who owns a domain registered by Edit-WebManager?
Edit-WebManager do not own any domain registered on your behalf. We ask for the details of who the domain name should be legally registered to and owned by.
What happens to the domain if we cancel our Edit-WebManager service?
We will cancel the service and transfer your domain/s without charge.
What happens to the web site content if we cancel?
The Edit-WebManager system is propriatory code which cannot be transferred to another host. On cancellation all content will be removed from the system.
